Who We Are

St. Jude House is a domestic violence shelter and prevention center in Crown Point, Indiana, providing services, support and domestic violence help since 1995. The completion and opening of St. Jude House represent a realization of a dream and the expansion of a mission by its benefactors and the local community’s support for the project.

What We Do

St. Jude House provides residential and non-residential services to survivors – adults and children – of domestic violence. We provide services without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability or other status applicable by law. These services include case management, mobile advocacy, legal advocacy, child advocacy, adult advocacy, groups and programs, plus financial empowerment provided by Centier Bank. Shelter and crisis intervention services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All services are provided free of charge.
