Paladin serves as determined advocates for children, people with disabilities, seniors and their families to provide supports and opportunities to learn, grow and enjoy a meaningful life.
What We Do
Advocate:
We believe that all people have strengths and inherent value; are equal before the law, and deserve to have their rights protected. Through constant interaction and support, we defend each individual’s rights, worth, and development.
Educate:
We believe that all people are life-long learners. Through building secure relationships and providing experiential opportunities, we foster individual growth to enhance each person’s competency, independence, and potential.
Motivate:
We believe in empowering people. Through attentiveness and communication, with each person, we discover interests and provide encouragement to inspire confidence so that they can achieve and conquer their individual goals.
