Front Desk Support

Volunteers helping at the front desk will help to answer phones at the front desk, answer basic questions at the front desk, greet customers as they come in, make adoption follow-up phone calls, check voicemail and return calls, and perform light cleaning in reception area.  We’d prefer these volunteers do one or more shifts per week and be available every week, as there is much more to learn and additional hands-on training will be required.
